All classes are intended for beginners, unless otherwise indicated
Belly Dance: Middle Eastern form of dance that is not only fun, but offers a great aerobic workout.
Belly fit: Fusion of belly dance, yoga & pilates. Designed to celebrate the female form (bring shoes)
Boot Camp: Moderate level cardio workout
Butts & Guts: A balance of dynamic and core stability exercises designed to zero in on problem areas.
Family Yoga: Stretch, flex, and bond with your child age 5-12. Fees include one adult and one child. Additional child $5 per class.
Flow Yoga: Ashtanga Yoga provides an energetic series of yoga poses.
Gentle Hatha Yoga: A beginner class in Hatha Yoga for those who are looking for a gentle introduction to yoga or are dealing with injuries or ailments.
Hatha Yoga: The most common form of yoga, Hatha Yoga focuses on learning poses, developing breathing techniques, and meditation.
Hatha Yoga - Multi level: Great for beginners and those who want to evolve their yoga practice beyond the basics. Not suitable for those with serious injuries or illnesses.
Hot Yoga: Flow Yoga class conducted in a 30-32 degree room. Increase your stretch with warm muscles and a low impact cardio workout. Bring a towel, bottle of water, and yoga mat to class.
Lean Cuts: Weight class for toning and burning calories based on low weights and high repetitions.
Moms & Babes Yoga: Yoga for moms and infants up to one year
Pilates: This class focuses on building core stability. Mat work exercises designed by Joseph Pilates.
Pre-natal Yoga: Hatha Yoga for expectant moms.
Teasersize: Loosen up hips and inhibitions with a striptease based low impact workout with Suzy.
Zumba!: Fusion of Latin music with aerobic workout. Learn the steps to mamba, cha cha, salsa, merengue and more while getting in shape.
