"I am new to yoga and was not quite sure how it would go. I was bit nervous starting a class, as I am not terribly flexible at the moment and wondered if I could keep up. I joined the class to get some much needed stress relief, gain some flexibility, and some self confidence. After just one class, I knew I was going to be a lifer! I felt so at ease in the class.
